Clinical Supervisor

He/Him

I know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel scary, especially if you’re unsure of the process. But after 30+ years of helping thousands of adults, adolescents, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, I can assure you that therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth.

Whether you're dealing with trauma, high levels of stress, racial identity/stressors, anger, or relationship struggles, I’m here to be a part of your journey. My approach is warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. Clients often tell me that they feel supported in our sessions, but they also feel gently challenged to stretch themselves, grow, and become the best version of themselves.

Throughout my career as a therapist, trainer, supervisor, and professor, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative therapy can be. Together, we’ll work through the issues holding you back and build the skills you need to move forward in life.

If you're skeptical or unsure about therapy, I invite you to take that first step and set up a consultation. You’ll have a space to talk openly, and we can explore how therapy can help you.

Let's start this journey toward healing and growth together.

I have a particular passion for helping blended families with small children, couples struggling with infertility, and individuals who are facing challenging family dynamics. I know how overwhelming these experiences can be, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy is a tool that can help you find balance, healing, and peace within yourself and your relationships.

If you’ve been skeptical or unsure about starting therapy, I encourage you to take that first step. It’s my goal to make sure you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. Together, we can work toward mental and spiritual wholeness, helping you prioritize your well-being.

Ready to start your journey? Let’s talk. Set up a consultation today, and let’s explore how we can work together.
