Healing is possible, even if you've been carrying pain for a long time. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported while doing the meaningful work of creating lasting change. With more than 40 years of experience in the helping professions, I bring compassion, wisdom, and practical guidance to every session as we work together toward your goals.
My passion for this work began in childhood after witnessing the impact of mental illness, trauma, addiction, and limited access to quality mental health care within my own family. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of how generational trauma, family dynamics, and systemic barriers can shape our lives—and a lifelong commitment to helping others heal.
I understand the pressure so many people carry to be strong for everyone else, and I strive to create a space where you don't have to carry that burden alone. Together, we'll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen the ones that do, and create space for healing, growth, and peace.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, family conflict, and high-conflict couples. I also support clients navigating racial stress, cultural identity, military life, immigration, faith and spirituality, caregiving, and major life transitions. With specialized training in trauma and grief, I tailor therapy to your unique story rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Clients often describe me as warm, engaging, optimistic, and genuine. Therapy isn't just about talking—it's about doing the work together. I'll challenge you with compassion, celebrate your progress, and equip you with practical tools so you leave each session feeling more confident, hopeful, and empowered than when you arrived.
If you're ready to stop carrying everything on your own and begin creating the life you deserve, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out today to schedule a consultation, and let's take the first step toward your healing—together.
