Are you a teen or young adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, or the pressure of major life transitions? Maybe you're navigating the challenges of being first-generation, managing cultural expectations, or adjusting to a new environment. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Shelline, a trauma-informed therapist specializing in supporting teens and young adults facing anxiety, high stress, immigration and cultural challenges, identity exploration, and self-acceptance. I create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely—while learning practical tools to feel more grounded, focused & empowered.
I understand how cultural background, generational expectations, and language can shape your experience. I speak both English and Haitian Creole and honor the complexities of your identity in our work together. I bring years of experience working with children, individuals, and families through trauma, life transitions, and personal growth.
My approach integrates mindfulness, empowerment, and evidence-based practices to help you reduce anxiety, improve focus, build resilience, and create lasting change. Let’s work together to move through the stress and into a life where you feel more in control, confident, and connected to who you are.
